📦 Return Window
At Studio Living, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be unused and unopened (where applicable)

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at careshop1203@gmail.com so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items and gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (beauty/hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items returned used, damaged, or missing original packaging (except when the issue is our fault)

🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with packaging and proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
